Role: Multi-Channel Marketing Campaign Specialist
Location: **Hybrid (combination of on-site and work-from-home). On site work is at our World Vision US Headquarters in Federal Way, WA. Considering candidates currently located in the Pacific Northwest only (Washington state & Oregon). Must be able to come into the office the first Thursday of every month.**
Reports to: Senior Director, Strategic Tech, Marketing Automation
Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology or related field or equivalent work experience (8 years). In addition to education or education equivalent, requires 3-5 years of work experience in marketing, marketing operations, web technology or a related area. Experience should include at least 3 years in direct marketing, digital marketing or marketing operations roles and at least one year of experience in one or more of the following areas: marketing automation (Adobe Campaign, Salesforce, Journey Optimizer, Marketo or similar), HTML, SQL Queries, JavaScript, email deliverability and platforms (MailChimp, HubSpot, Validity/250ok, or related), cross channel marketing, and/or analytics. Requires strong project and process management skills.
Salary Range: The typical hiring range for this position is $69,500 – $88,000/annually Job offers within the range are based on relevant job qualifications and pay equity. The full salary range for this position is $69,000 – $108,000/annually. This range applies to locations with a market similar to our U.S. HQ in the Greater Seattle area. 02 The Job:
Using strategies developed by Marketing and Fundraising Campaign & Product Managers, the Marketing Campaign Specialist will join a team that leads the delivery of multi-channel campaigns into market. Campaigns vary from simple one-off emails to recurring campaigns to larger and more complex multi-touchpoint journeys. Use Marketing Automation technologies for the implementation of campaigns. Scope, document, design, QA, and produce marketing campaigns in partnership with team members and audience Segment/Product Campaign Managers. Analyze campaign universes for accuracy and appropriateness against business rules. Help carry out our Christian organization’s mission, vision, and strategies. Personify the ministry of World Vision by witnessing to Christ and ministering to others through life, deed, word and sign.
- Keep Christ central in individual and corporate life. Actively participate in and contribute to the spiritual disciplines of the organization (Christian conduct, chapel, prayer, worship, devotions, and leadership of devotions); incorporate WV Core Values into decisions within scope of role.
- Use Marketing Automation platforms to design, build, and implement multi-channel (email, direct mail, phone, social, SMS) marketing campaigns aligned to marketing strategies.
- Provide technical expertise to marketing teams on the best practices and use of marketing automation platforms, leveraging complex capabilities including advanced HTML, JavaScript, and integrations to related MarTech platforms to bring to life the “art of the possible”.
- Manage external data files as needed. Work with Marketing Automation Data Analyst to ensure data is standardized, cleansed and free of errors. Partner with Senior Team Members to develop standardized templates that meet campaign requirements and enable greater productivity and faster time to market on campaign sends.
- Work collaboratively with team members when assigned to work as a member of a team.
- Manage activities of partners, agencies, suppliers, and/or internal departments in the execution of tactical marketing activities aligned to delivery schedules.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Maintain awareness of corporate goals, objectives, organizational announcements, and activities. Reference and follow organizational policies and procedures, seeking clarity as needed.
03 Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology or related field or equivalent work experience (8 years). - Technical Development (preferred): Demonstrates familiarity with software programming languages including HTML, SQL, JavaScript. Able to read basic code and interpret design logic.

05 Salary Range & Benefits Your compensation and benefits are important to you so they’re important to us. The typical hiring range for this position is $69,500 – $88,000/year.
